The Euromac STX Flex-6 Hybrid CNC punching machine is a high performance production machine which has the capability of using up to 60 tools in a turret, of which up to 30 can be rotated 360°, in one single setup 6 D station tools can provide far more tools than any job would need.
Combined with the automatic positioning of sheet clamps it makes the change over of jobs easier.
The flexibility of the STX Flex turret system allows operators to enable the right setup for any task simply and quickly. This allows increases in productivity and with its low cost of ownership will maximise your profit.
The STX has two motors powering the Y-Axis giving higher speed and acceleration. Up to +30% volume, +30% speed and +50% acceleration. Because the Y-Axis is more stable machining and handling speeds can be increased even on large heavy sheet sizes.
Many extras are available, the X-Axis is available up to 2500 mm, Automatic loading/unloading, vacuum system, side chute door with parts sensor, combined brush and ball tables and automatic hydraulic third clamp.
Side Chute Door
It is possible to eliminate micro-joints and reduce labour costs and secondary procedures with the side chute door. Together with the loading/unloading system, finished parts of up to 1250 x 1000 or 1500 x 1000 mm (depending on throat size) can be discharged with no operator action.
