The Serie 3000 Model 304 is the first in the range to weigh more than a tonne, at 1090 kg. Its section modulus capacity is 10 cm³, carried on 60 mm shafts and 205 mm rolls. It has a 3.5 kW drive and a rolling speed of 5.2 m/min. The standard bending rolls are alloy steel, heat treated to a surface hardness of 60 HRC, and the modular roll design allows most profiles to be bent. A torque limiter is fitted on the top roll shaft.
