Weighing 3600 kg, the Serie 3000 Model 307 covers a section modulus of 45 to 80 cm³. Upper and lower shafts are 100 mm in diameter and the rolls are 315 mm. An 11 kW drive powers the three driving rolls, with the rolling speed adjustable from 0 to 7 m/min. Bending rolls on this model can be set independently for double pre-bending on symmetrical profiles, and it comes with a free-standing remote control station so the machine can be controlled in safety.
