Section modulus capacity on the Serie 3000 Model 312 is 300 to 550 cm³. It uses a 250 mm upper shaft and a 230 mm lower shaft with 640 mm rolls, driven by 37 kW. Rolling speed is 0 to 7 m/min and the machine weighs 18,500 kg. Gears are coupled directly on splined shafts, a torque limiter is installed on the top roll shaft, and the free-standing remote control station allows the machine to be controlled in safety.
