Thoman FK tube bending machines are available in both semi and fully automatic configurations. The semi automatic system has automatic bending cycle with program control. Tube feeding and tube turning are carried out manually. It can also be fitted with longitudinal and angular stop system for tube intake and tube turning.

The FK semi automatic mandrel bending machines operate fully hydraulically, the hydraulic drive of the bending arm guarantees maximum precision, repetition accuracy and bending force with compact dimensions.
The machine is controlled by PP41 with an interface to an external PC. Bending programs can be created on the machine or externally on the PC and transferred online to the machine.

Fully Automatic
Fully automatic NC controlled tube bending machines are equipped with three individually driven and controlled axis. The program controls the complete process including tube intake, bending and tube turning automatically. There is no manual adjustment of length and angle stops necessary. Bending programs can be created directly on the machine or online through an external PC.
The automatic NC control guarantees efficient production of one off and serial parts. These machines offer many advantages of CNC controlled machines with considerably lower investment costs.
